We operate a Zero Tolerance Policy
We are here to give you the best treatments possible, but in order to maintain our high standard of practice we work in an environment which is free from the following:
• Abusive language
• Aggressive behaviour
• Damage to property / theft
Inappropriate behaviour towards any member of your staff may result in removal from the clinic. No abuse to our staff is acceptable whether verbal or physical.
Terms and Conditions of Westbourne Beauty Clinic
We request at least 24hours notice to be given if you are unable to make your appointment. Charges could be made for non-arrivals.
We ask that you arrive at the clinic at least 5 minutes early for your appointment, so that you are relaxed and ready for your therapist at the appointed time.
We regret that if you arrive late for your appointment, this may decrease the time of your treatment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to treat your appointment as cancelled.
Courses of Treatments
We are delighted to offer the option of paying for courses of treatments in two instalments for your convenience. You have two years to use CACI courses.
On your first visit to The Westbourne Beauty Clinic you will be asked to complete a GDPR compliant consultation form. Please remember to keep us informed of any changes with your health/medication or special requirements. Please notify us upon booking if you are pregnant, so that we can advise on treatments.
We ask you to switch your mobile phones to silent, so you can enjoy your treatments and to be respectful to other clients in the clinic.
Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the treatment rooms. This is to the health and safety of your children. Children may wait in reception although there may not be a receptionist available to watch the children
We regret that we are unable to accept any responsibility for the loss of personal belongings in the clinic.
