We operate a Zero Tolerance Policy
We are here to give you the best treatments possible, but in order to maintain our high standard of practice we work in an environment which is free from the following:
- Abusive language
- Aggressive behaviour
- Damage to property / theft
Inappropriate behaviour towards any member of your staff may result in removal from the clinic. No abuse to our staff is acceptable whether verbal or physical
Terms and Conditions of Westbourne Beauty Clinic
We request at least 24hours notice to be given if you are unable to make your appointment. If you fail to give us this notice or do not show for your appointment a £10 charge will apply.
We ask that you arrive at the clinic at least 5 minutes early for your appointment, so that you are relaxed and ready for your therapist at the appointed time.
We regret that if you arrive late for your appointment, this may decrease the time of your treatment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to treat your appointment as cancelled.
Courses of Treatments
CACI initial course of 10 must be used within 12 weeks. CACI maintenance courses of 5 to be used within a year. Environ facial courses have to be used within a year. IBX courses must be used within 6 months.
On your first visit to The Westbourne Beauty Clinic you will be asked to complete a GDPR compliant consultation form. Please remember to keep us informed of any changes with your health/medication or special requirements. Please notify us upon booking if you are pregnant, so that we can advise on treatments.
We ask you to switch your mobile phones to silent, so you can enjoy your treatments and to be respectful to other clients in the clinic.
Children under 10 years old are NOT allowed in the treatment rooms. This is to the health and safety of your children. Children over 10years old may wait in reception although there may not be a receptionist available to watch children. Children under 10years old must have a parent or guardian present if waiting in reception.
We regret that we are unable to accept any responsibility for the loss of personal belongings in the clinic.
