Clinic etiquette

We ask that you arrive at the clinic at least 5 minutes early for your appointment, so that you are relaxed and ready for your therapist at the appointed time.

Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours notice to be given if you are unable to make your appointment. Charges could be made for non-arrivals.

Late arrivals

We regret that if you arrive late for your appointment, this may decrease the time of your treatment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to treat your appointment as cancelled.

Courses of Treatments

We are delighted to offer the option of paying for courses of treatments in two instalments for your convenience.

Medical details

On your first visit to The Westbourne Beauty Clinic you will be asked to complete a client consultation form. Please remember to keep us informed of any changes with your health/medication or special requirements. Please notify us upon booking if you are pregnant, so that we can advise on treatments.

Mobile phones

We ask you to switch your mobile phones to silent, so you can enjoy your treatments and to be respectful to other clients in the clinic.

Children

We understand at times it may be necessary to bring your children to the clinic; we endeavour to accommodate this, but we ask that you respect other clients.

Gift cards

The Westbourne Beauty Clinic gift vouchers make the perfect gift. Gift vouchers can be purchased in The Main Clinic or over the phone and can be for an amount or for a certain treatment/ treatments. All gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Loyalty points

We value our clients and their loyalty. We reward this by offering a loyalty stamp with each treatment and on your 5th treatment you receive £5 off.

 (This does not include Karen Johnson treatments).

Personal belongings

We regret that we are unable to accept any responsibility for the loss of personal belongings in the clinic.
